Random mission...

I was on my way back (at 1:30 am) from hanging out with friends after church... and saw that the moon was looking rather amazing. So i raced home to get my camera and tripod and then went on a bit of a photo mission...

mmm, Pesto!

Me and my sister just made this pesto to go on our dinner, which is like a lentil and tomato dish...

We used:

basil leaves

chives

lemon zest

lemon juice

olive oil

toasted almonds and pistachio's

parmesan

salt & pepper

this was the result, it came out well :) 

I bought these today. they were 50% off. so was really stoked about that.

They are like a pastel peach and green. Fell in love with them the moment i saw them.

They are sitting on the window sill in the kitchen, lighting it up!

So happy :) 

I haven't updated my blogspot in a while. so i thought id put up a few recent pics of a one night trip away with this cute couple (friends) of mine...

This a very spontaneous "couple shoot" i guess you could call it, we didn't plan it, but it just happened. And it worked out well :)

We went to this cute cafe... before going up to the snow :) 

then.... the snow :D

we went up through the clouds...

 and came out here :) at the top, with clear blue skies
